We are a boutique 3D character design and animation studio. Our services include brand mascot creation, campaign character production, explainer animation, ad creative, brand identity, web development, and corporate training animation. The nature of our work means we handle creative briefs, brand assets, and contact details — not financial records or sensitive personal health data.

- Project management & communication tools — Software used to manage creative workflows (e.g. Notion, Slack, Google Workspace). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Email marketing platforms — Used to send newsletters you have opted into (e.g. Mailchimp or equivalent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Analytics providers — Aggregated, anonymised website traffic data via tools such as Google Analytics. No personally identifiable data is shared with ad networks.
- Cloud storage & file delivery — Secure platforms (e.g. Google Drive, WeTransfer) used to share large creative files with you. Access is restricted to you and our team.
- Legal or regulatory authorities — Only if required by South African law, a court order, or to protect our legal rights.
International data transfers: Some of our tools are hosted outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions), consistent with POPIA's transborder data flow requirements (Section 72).
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may also request deletion earlier — see your rights in Section 6.
Portfolio use: We may wish to feature completed work in our portfolio. We will always ask for your permission before displaying any identifiable brand assets, company names, or project details publicly on our website or social channels.
